The Madrassah primarily focuses on teaching both boys and girls, the Qur’an (inc Tajweed).
Additionally, we also offer Islamic Education and Awareness information.
Please ensure your child attends the Madrassah, ready to learn.
This means the correct attitude, and their Qur’an or other study materials with them. It is the Masjid’s policy that students adhere to an appropriate dress code as well.
Monthly fees must be paid in advance by the end of the first week at the beginning of every month. Note: if you have any enquiry regard the fees please speak to the office administration
Parents must ensure that children are always punctual. Personal holidays must be scheduled in such a manner so that pupils are not absent from class.
Excuses such as visiting relatives, school holidays, no-one to look after the children will not be accepted. Parents should ensure that attendance is kept to the highest level possible.
Parents are advised to inform the Madrasah of any absences or lateness in advance where possible.
All pupils must adhere to Islamic clothing and appearance.
Parents who have any type of concern regarding the Madrasah must arrange to meet with the management.
The Madrasah management reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action as deemed necessary. The applicant, parent or guardian will have no legal remedy against the Madrasah.
Any form of insult to the Madrasah, teachers or staff (verbally or physically) will be judged as inexcusable and any student or parent found guilty of such behaviour will be liable for dismissal.
The parent/guardian will be held fully responsible for the cost of any damage done to the building or property by their child.
All pupils must adhere to the Madrasah syllabus without exception regardless of background.
Parents shall be responsible and must inform the Madrasah of any changes to personal information such as change of address or medical conditions etc.
Only the assigned person or parent is allowed to be with the child when dropping off and picking up your child from the Madrasah for purposes of safeguarding.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Your child will be subject to the Madrasah’s safeguarding policy which is available for you to read upon request.
Completion of this application form does not imply admission to the Madrasah. The Madrasah management shall make the final decision thereafter.
